Ensure that the part that isn’t lighting is connected properly to the control box. If using batteries, ensure that you’re using fresh alkaline batteries. If using an adapter, ensure that it is completely/correctly connected. (We recommend using your adapter opposed to batteries for troubleshooting.) If the lights still don’t work, contact us via support@tekkytoys.com and we will assist you.
If you are using batteries, ensure that you have fresh alkaline batteries in your prop. If you’re using an adapter, ensure that it is plugged in fully/correctly. Check to see if anything is obstructed by wires, clothing, etc. Try disconnecting all of the wires and connect them again. If the part still isn’t working, contact us via support@tekkytoys.com.
First, make sure your fog machine has been heated up enough for it to function. Ensure there is enough fog juice for your prop to go through a few cycles. If your item still isn’t fogging, check the fog tube connections and ensure that your fog machine and item are securely attached. Ensure that the cords for your fog machine are correctly attached to the control box. If you still don’t get any fog, try hitting the “FOG RELAY” button on your control box. If you still cannot seem to get your prop to fog, contact us via support@tekkytoys.com.
