This prop can be used outdoors in a sheltered area. We recommend using batteries opposed to the adapter that came with the prop, and bringing it inside during inclement weather (wind, rain, snow, etc.).

No, there is not a "DEMO" setting on this prop. However, there are 3 different setting options for this prop, ON/OFF/FOOTPAD. In the ON setting, this prop is motion activated and in the FOOTPAD setting, you can connect a footpad into the footpad jack and operate your prop that way.

Yes! There is an adjustable volume control knob on the back of the control box of this prop.

Ensure that you have your batteries inserted with the correct polarity (-/+), that your prop is turned on, and that there are no obstructions in front of the motion sensor. If your prop still will not activate, please do not hesitate to contact support@tekkytoys.com and we will assist you. 

Ensure that the part that isn’t lighting is connected properly to the control box. If using batteries, ensure that you’re using fresh alkaline batteries. If using an adapter, ensure that it is completely/correctly connected. (We recommend using your adapter opposed to batteries for troubleshooting.) If the lights still don’t work, contact us via support@tekkytoys.com and we will assist you.  

If you are using batteries, ensure that you have fresh alkaline batteries in your prop. If you’re using an adapter, ensure that it is plugged in fully/correctly. Check to see if anything is obstructed by wires, clothing, etc. Try disconnecting all of the wires and connect them again. If the part still isn’t working, contact us via support@tekkytoys.com.
