Can this prop be used outdoors?

Yes! This prop is water resistant, however we recommend bringing it insdie during inclement weather.

My prop won’t activate. What should I do?

Ensure that you have your batteries inserted with the correct polarity (-/+), that your prop is turned on, and that there are no obstructions in front of the motion sensor. If your prop still will not activate, please do not hesitate to contact support@tekkytoys.com and we will assist you.

My prop isn’t lighting up, how do I troubleshoot? 

Ensure that the part that isn’t lighting is connected properly to the control box. If using batteries, ensure that you’re using fresh alkaline batteries. If the lights still don’t work, contact us via support@tekkytoys.com and we will assist you. 

A part of the item won’t move, what should I do? 

If you are using batteries, ensure that you have fresh alkaline batteries in your prop. Check to see if anything is obstructed by wires, clothing, etc. Try disconnecting all of the wires and connect them again. If the part still isn’t working, contact us via support@tekkytoys.com.
